Purpose II - In Loving Honor of Paxton Abraham, Rainbow Baby - Sara Rae Remmel
After losing our son Lincoln Ray ("Baby Ray") in July of 2009, we were devastated. Our world was turned upside down, but we eventually adjusted to our 'new normal.' After long discussions and thoughtful consideration, we decided to add on to our family. We knew that having another baby would never replace Lincoln, for our arms will always long to hold him. We also knew that we wnted another sibling for our oldest son, George (now 2-1/2yrs.). God blessed us on Saturday, September 11, 2010 with Paxton Abraham, George and Angel Lincoln's baby brother. Pax is a healthy little guy (thanks be to God!).
Pax is Latin for PEACE, so 'Paxton' is tons of peace, just what we needed. Paxton is a RAINBOW BABY. Just as rainbows come out in the wake of a storm, RAINBOW BABIES are born in the wake of the storm of losing a child.
"Purpose II - In Loving Honor of Paxton Abraham, Rainbow Baby" is dedicated to all RAINBOW BABIES and to their parents, who decided to open their hearts and try again. Peace be with you all.

Purpose: In Loving Memory of Baby Ray
Breastfeeding - a wonderful and selfless gift from mother to baby. Some women are not able, for one reason or another, to breastfeed their babies. I could not breastfeed my son Lincoln Ray "Baby Ray" because he only lived on this earth for one hour and 23 minutes.
